WHAT WE DO

Strategic Planning

Meaningful and sustainable change starts with the 4Ps. If your goal is equity through inclusion (and it should be), then don’t just diversify — inclusify!

The 4Ps: Policies, Practices, Pay & Pipeline

We partner with clients on a deep dive into recruiting practices, reviewing job descriptions and policies, outlining areas of opportunity, all to help eliminate bias and discrimination in the workplace. We customize entire programs designed and we work collaboratively with clients to review their policies and practices, make suggestions for areas of improvement. We review internal and external communications for inclusivity and provide feedback.

Path Forward Consulting

An engagement focused on “INCLUSIFYING.” We call it a roadmap or toolkit…which is a strategic framework for clients at all stages of their DEI journey. We work to INCLUSIFY your C-Suite, Recruiting & Hiring, Community Engagements, Research & Evaluation, Programing, Operations, and Marcoms.

Gamification App to Keep Learning Fun & Memorable

Our gamification app is a platform for DEI training and learning through customized challenges. These challenges and questions are developed by trainers and subject matter expert content creators. The platform focuses on personalizing learning by gamifying the learning process through interactive quizzes and high-quality questions. What adds fun to the experience is quick feedback after each question and after each quiz.

 Roadmap of the 4P’s

We must focus on policies, practices, pay, and pipeline to eradicate structural racism and eliminate institutional bias. All of our work includes interactivity.

The Schema.

A top-level flow diagram is designed to help organizations understand where they are.

The Questions.

Questions that support action in each of these areas. The questions can be used to assist an organization in planning their DEI activity by suggesting areas of consideration such as resource planning, staff responsibility, and future planning.

The Resources.

The resources are reviewed by working group members of the organization to ensure the organization can find resources that will be most valuable. The strategic plan is a living document, evolving as the organization pursues its aspirations.

Driving Change.

The resources can be used to take actions that impact the 4Ps: policies, practices, pay, and/or pipeline.
