Mary Balistreri is the Mindful Business coach and owner of MBT More Business Today.  She believes that relationships are critical to business and leadership, and relationships are created through conversation. As a presenter, trainer, facilitator, and coach, she focuses on developing the conversational intelligence skills that build strong, inclusive, courageous leaders.

Mary’s approach to inclusive leadership is empathetic and goal-driven. Offering grace to ourselves and each other builds trust and allows us to shed the obstacles of the past. Focusing on measurable results and actionable plans moves leaders and organizations toward closing the equity/inclusion gap.

Mary has more than 20 years of business and leadership development experience. She is a certified Leadership & Talent Management Coach, a certified Conversational Intelligence (CIQ) Coach, a certified diversity and belonging facilitator, and earned a certificate in DEI in the Workplace from the University of South Florida, Muma College of Business.

She is an advocate and supporter for women and minority-owned businesses and serves as a director on the NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) Chicago board as the representative for Wisconsin.

Mary is based in Wauwatosa.
