Ceah Justice
TRAINER IN LEADERSHIP AND INTERSECTIONALITY
Ceah Justice is an intersectional person, Ceah Justice is an uncompromising advocate for social change. She is a DEI executive committed to challenging, changing, and shaping the mindset of others to create a culture of intentional inclusionist. She is an authentic, high-energy, inspirational leader with a passion for driving business to the next level through innovation, empowerment, development, and accountability.
Ceah currently works for Raytheon Technologies as Director of DEI, Global Employee Engagement reporting directly to the Chief Diversity Officer. There she is responsible for elevating the employee experience through the company’s Employee Resource Groups. Inspired by her personal experiences, Ceah Justice has dedicated herself to challenging the mindset of others so that we may create an environment where inclusion and equity are intentional.
Prior to joining Raytheon Technologies, Ceah spent most of her career moving through the executive ranks of Xerox & Xerox Canada, APAC, Keyscan Inc., and T-Mobile. She has dedicated her career to creating change in the workplace and has spent the majority of her time leading various ERG groups and helping organizations align DEI practices with business priorities to drive sustainable change.
She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina (BA-Communications), University of Arizona (BA and MA-Organizational Leadership/Management) and served in the United States Army. She has over 25 years of leadership & development experience, strategic people-centric initiatives, program design, DEI strategy and engagement, and fostering DEI environments.
Ceah is a DEI Champion outside of the workplace, mentoring women across the globe, serving as a board member and faculty advisor to Ignite Worldwide and the Executive Institute on Inclusion. She is a certified executive leadership coach (The Be You Coach) and founder of Sister Tribe Vibes, a women empowerment platform where her goal is to help women find their voice, step into their power, and create change in themselves and those around them. As a public speaker, she raises awareness of pressing societal issues, encourages people to take personal responsibility for their own lives, and motivates them to develop creative solutions focused on people. The heart of Ceah’s work centers around creating transformative environments where people feel safe to use their voices and walk in their fullest potential and authenticity.
Ceah is based in Atlanta.
